Four expansive days to disconnect from the everyday grind and reconnect with your goals, strength and capacity, surrounded by ocean, intention, and women on a similar journey.

Join a curated group of 20–30 rad women (mostly 30s–50s) in a breathtaking Nicaragua beachfront eco-lodge for:
Daily sunrise yoga & breathwork to ground and energize
Beginner-friendly surf lessons (or beachside alternatives) with patient instructors
Neuroscience-inspired mindset workshops to overcome self-doubt and build lasting resilience
Resilience rewiring workshops, deep sharing and laughter that turns strangers into lifelong allies
Nourishing meals, time for journaling, rest and ocean immersion
Guided movement, optional adventures and space to simply be
No surf experience required. Board optional. All levels welcome.
